My Bio.
Allow me to introduce myself, I'm "Riot" Rhett Tanner. I'm not only a certified personal trainer, educator, and life coach, but also a client. My journey began when I enlisted in the U.S. Army, where I physically and mentally prepared myself for the 18x program (Army Special Forces). It was there I would sustain an doible break to my L4 vertebrae and be discharged from the military. Although I faced some challenges, I transformed my back injury into an opportunity for growth and recovery, regaining my health, strength, and passion for fitness. So much so I was able to make a full recovery and become a EMT/Firefighter.
Now, my great passion is to bring health and wellness to others just as I did for myself. I assist my clients in learning sustainable healthy diet, exercise, and lifestyle solutions to strengthen their bodies and minds, especially after injury. Everyone's journey is unique, and I believe in tailoring my approach to suit individual needs. I've received training and certificates in various modalities, including strength training, nutrition, corrective exercise, tactical strength and conditioning, and speed and agility. I’m also a licensed EMT and have been a CPT for 18 years.
If you choose to work with me, you can expect education, positive reinforcement, and hard work.
